Shivali Boutique Pvt. Ltd. is a leading women's wear brand specialising in Indo-Western, Indian, and Western fashion, with a strong retail presence across 10,000+ retailers pan-India. As we scale our organised retail footprint, we are looking for an experienced Business Development leader to spearhead our Franchise and Shop-in-Shop (SIS) expansion strategy.

Role Overview.

We're looking for a hands-on Business Development Head who has taken franchise and SIS models from concept to execution someone who understands the complete lifecycle: market identification, partner scouting, deal structuring, store launch, and post-launch performance management. This is a leadership role for someone who can build and own the franchise/SIS vertical end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities





Strategy & Expansion
- Design and execute the pan-India franchise and SIS expansion strategy in line with brand growth targets
- Identify and prioritise high-potential cities, malls, and high-street locations for current franchise/SIS stores
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective franchise partners and department store/MBO tie-ups for SIS

Partner Acquisition & Deal Structuring
- Scout, evaluate, and onboard franchise partners and SIS partners (department stores, large MBOs, LFS)
- Negotiate commercial terms investment, revenue share, minimum guarantee, space, layout, and other deal parameters
- Draft and finalise franchise/SIS agreements in coordination with legal and finance teams.

Store Development & Launch.
- Own the entire store setup process site selection, layout approval, VM/branding coordination, and store readiness
- Coordinate with internal teams (VM, supply chain, finance, HR) to ensure smo
