Job Overview:
- We are looking for an experienced SmartStream Corona Specialist to join our team in Bangalore.
- The ideal candidate will possess robust hands-on experience with the Corona Reconciliation platform. This hybrid role requires a solid balance of operational and technical capabilities, maintaining a 70% Functional and 30% Technical split.
- You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, managing exceptions, and supporting technical troubleshooting or minor enhancements on the platform.

Roles & Responsibilities
Functional (70%)
- Handle day-to-day transaction matching, exception management, and investigations using the SmartStream Corona platform.
- Configure, manage, and optimize the **Reconciliation Module** to ensure high automatic matching rates across cash, securities, or digital payments.
- Analyze complex financial data breaks, resolve discrepancies,
and coordinate closely with business operations, treasury, or external stakeholders.
- Oversee multi-entity or multi-currency matching workflows, ensuring compliance with internal control policies and risk standards.
Technical (30%)
- Troubleshoot system errors, database queries, and integration challenges related to the Corona platform.
- Leverage technical expertise in .NET (Dotnet) or Java to assist with basic customizations, code reviews, script maintenance, or tool integrations.
- Partner with the IT infra team to support application upgrades, patches, and database optimization (SQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL).
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Platform Experience:
Mandatory hands-on experience working with the SmartStream Corona platform.
Module Expertise: Prior experience working specifically within the Corona Reconciliation module is highly preferred.
