Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product management and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives for the Clinical and Oncology portfolio.
- Drive portfolio growth by identifying current business opportunities and expanding existing customer accounts across hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, and healthcare institutions.
- Own strategic customer accounts by developing account-specific growth plans, business models, and long-term engagement strategies.
- Champion the complete customer lifecycle, including business planning, order-to-cash processes, product adoption, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
- Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinicians, hospital administrators, procurement teams, and healthcare decision-makers.
- Develop and communicate business strategies, market insights, and growth plans to senior leadership.
- Lead business presentations, strategic discussions, and commercial negotiations with C-suite executives, healthcare organizations, and purchasing groups.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing,



Applications, Operations, and Global Partners to ensure successful product positioning and execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, healthcare policies, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.
- Represent Premas Life Sciences at scientific conferences, customer meetings, workshops, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and strengthen market presence.

Must-Have Competencies
- Strong understanding of Product Management, Strategic Marketing, and Business Development within the clinical diagnostics or life sciences industry.
- Deep knowledge of Oncology, Genomics, Molecular Diagnostics, and Precision Medicine.
- Strong understanding of the Indian healthcare ecosystem, clinical diagnostics market, and emerging industry trends.
