? 5+ years of experience in the WFM department

? Solid experience in Planning & Scheduling

? Experience handling International Clients

? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

? Ability to manage workforce operations in a fast-paced BPO environment

??? ????????????????:

? Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and real-time operations

? Ensure optimal staffing and resource allocation to meet business SLAs

? Coordinate with international clients and internal stakeholders





? Monitor WFM metrics, identify trends, and drive process improvements

? Lead and mentor the WFM team while ensuring operational excellence
