Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Bench Sales Recruiter with a strong background in the US IT Staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in marketing W2/C2C consultants, handling the complete bench sales lifecycle, sourcing and recruiting IT professionals, and building strong relationships with vendors and clients. The candidate should be aggressive, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced workplace.

Role & responsibilities
- Manage the complete bench sales and recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening consultants to onboarding, marketing, interview coordination, offer management, and successful placement.
- Market bench consultants (primarily W2 and C2C) across a broad network of vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Identify suitable client requirements through job portals, vendor portals, social networking sites, and professional networks, and submit matching consultants promptly.
- Perform self-screening of consultant profiles to assess technical skills,



communication, experience, visa status, and overall suitability before onboarding to the bench.
- Prepare, optimize, and customize consultant resumes according to specific job descriptions and client requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of consultants across niche and emerging technologies.
- Source and recruit W2 consultants through job portals, referrals, networking, headhunting, university postings, and social media platforms.
- Maintain an active database of OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H1B, H4 EAD, L2, TN, EAD, and Green Card candidates for IT training and W2 hiring.
- Post and manage job advertisements across multiple job boards and university portals to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial technical and behavioral screening interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, communication, and client readiness.
