We're Hiring | Team Lead – .NET Developer (Junior Team Lead / Senior Team Lead)

Location: Gurugram
Employment Type: Contract
Experience: 5–9 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable applications using C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices using ASP.NET Core/Web API
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance
- Implement secure APIs, third-party integrations, and enterprise web applications
- Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure best coding practices
- Own sprint planning, task estimation, and feature delivery
- Support CI/CD, Docker-based deployments, and production readiness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

Required Skills
- 5–9 years of experience in C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework
- Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core MVC/Web API
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
- Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, LINQ,



Async/Await
- Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum
- Minimum 2 years of team leadership or mentoring experience (Mandatory)
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills
- Microservices Architecture
- Docker & Kubernetes
- Azure DevOps / Jenkins (CI/CD)
- Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Redis & NoSQL Databases
- TDD / BDD
- GIS or Geospatial application experience
