About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Manager Design & Architecture to lead the technical design function for premium and luxury corporate office interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in architectural detailing, technical drawings, design coordination, and execution support. This role requires ensuring that design intent is translated into precise construction documentation while maintaining the highest standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetics.

Role & responsibilities
- Lead the preparation, review, and approval of detailed architectural working drawings, Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
- Ensure technical drawings are accurate, coordinated, and compliant with project specifications, client requirements, statutory norms, and industry standards.
- Develop detailed joinery drawings, ceiling layouts, flooring layouts, partition details, furniture details, staircase details, washroom detailing, and other architectural packages required for execution.




- Review and resolve technical discrepancies in drawings before project execution.
- Standardize drawing templates, detailing methods, and documentation processes across projects.
- Provide technical support during project execution and resolve in office architectural and detailing challenges.
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, lighting, AV, HVAC, IT, and specialist consultants to ensure seamless integration of all services within architectural drawings.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building regulations, fire & life safety norms, accessibility guidelines, and quality standards.
- Mentor and guide architects and design team members in technical detailing and documentation.
- Allocate work, review deliverables, and ensure timely completion of design milestones.
