Key Requirements - Tally Prime & Excel Knowledge

Key Responsibilities-

 Manage day-to-day accounting operations.

 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

 Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank

reconciliations.

 Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings.

 Finalize books of accounts and assist with audits.

 Monitor cash flow and prepare MIS reports.

 Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities.

 Maintain and monitor ProjectWise cost sheets to track project

expenditures.

 Verify employee expense proofs and process reimbursement claims

accurately and on time.





 Maintain employee salary records and process monthly payroll, including

PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS deductions and payments.

 Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

Required Skills

 Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and

Companies Act compliance.

 Proficiency in Tally Prime and accounting best practices.

 Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,

formulas, and data analysis.

 Strong written and verbal email communication skills.

 Experience in financial reporting, account finalization, and audit

coordination.

 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication

skills.
