Role Description
The Senior Project Manager will oversee complex, multi-stakeholder AI initiatives from discovery through deployment and governance. This part time, remote role includes defining project scope, timelines,
and milestones; coordinating cross-functional teams across product, engineering, training, and advisory; and managing dependencies, risks, and change requests. The person in this role will facilitate stakeholder communication, lead status reviews, maintain project documentation, and ensure alignment with client objectives and compliance requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities also include monitoring project performance against KPIs, optimizing workflows, and supporting continuous improvement in delivery practices across build, train, and govern engagements.
Qualifications
- Experience in project leadership and coordination, with strong skills in Project Management and Expediting.
- Background in operations-focused roles such as Expeditor and Logistics Management, ensuring timely delivery of project components.
