Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute solar energy projects. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in project planning, site execution, team coordination, client management, and ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, execute and deliver solar energy projects within scope, time, budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, subcontractors and clients.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.
- Manage documentation,



reporting and stakeholder communication.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 8-12 years of experience in solar / EPC/renewable energy projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and tools.
- Experience in end-to-end project execution (Ground Mounted / Rooftop Solar Projects).
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical /Civil) or MBA in relevant field.
