Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers by phone, promoting products or services, generating sales, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products and services to customers and answer their questions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Follow up with customers to close sales and maintain relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Handle customer objections professionally and resolve concerns.




- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3 years of experience in business development executive,customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
- Solid persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
