Role & responsibilities

Responsible for Daily sampling and analysis of in-process and water samples as per procedure.

To perform environmental monitoring in clean room as per standard operating procedure.

To perform Bacterial Endotoxin Test.

To Perform Gowning Qualification

Responsible For Preparation and Pouring of Media Plate and its Record and Growth promotion test of media.

To report results of analysis in raw data sheet issued.

Entry and maintain all micro related logbooks.

To raise Out of Specification if noticed.

To perform the swab testing as per Standard Operating procedure.

To run the autoclave and Dry Heat Sterilizer cycles & unload the loads as per Standard Operating procedure.

To participate in validation activity and media fill activity.

Observation and review of media fill container.

To monitor incubator condition daily and record, to take print out and verify.

To maintain the Valuable laboratory practices and follow Good Documentation practices in the laboratory.
