We're a group of companies operating across Fine Jewellery, FMCG, Jewellery Accessories, Hospitality, and Diamonds. We're looking for a freelance HR professional to partner with us on two critical areas: building our recruitment engine and creating training SOPs from scratch.

This is a monthly retainer engagement (not a one-time project), and we need someone who can own these functions independently across multiple business verticals with minimal hand-holding.

What You'll Do:

Recruitment (60%)
- Own end-to-end hiring across roles and verticals — from JD creation to offer rollout
- - Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, referral networks, and relevant portals
- - Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- - Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the pipeline
- - Track hiring metrics: time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate
- - Understand the nuances of hiring for luxury, retail, hospitality, and manufacturing environments

Training SOPs & HR Documentation (40%)
- Build structured onboarding SOPs for new hires (Day 1,



Week 1, 30-60-90 plans)
- - Create training calendars and skill development frameworks tailored per vertical
- - Document HR processes: leave policy, attendance, appraisal cycles, exit procedures
- - Develop employee handbooks and policy documents
- - Standardize templates: offer letters, appointment letters, KRA sheets, feedback forms

What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in HR with hands-on recruitment and process documentation experience
- - Proven ability to write explicit SOPs and training materials (share samples if possible)
- - Experience hiring across retail, luxury, FMCG, or hospitality sectors preferred
- - Comfortable working remotely and independently across multiple business units
- - Familiar with Indian labour compliance basics (PF, ESI, PT)
- - Experience with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri is a plus
- - Startup or SME experience strongly preferred — we need a builder,
