Role Description
The Application Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur, responsible for providing technical and application support for EWAC’s products and solutions. This role involves understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable welding and wear-resistant solutions,
and assisting in the implementation and optimization of these applications at customer sites. The Application Specialist will diagnose and troubleshoot product and application issues, coordinate with technical and sales teams, and prepare reports and documentation related to performance, trials, and customer feedback. Daily activities include conducting training and demonstrations, supporting field service and technical support activities, and maintaining clear communication with customers to ensure high satisfaction and effective use of EWAC products.
