We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in building robust, scalable backend systems using Spring Boot and Hibernate. The ideal candidate has strong fundamentals in core Java, RESTful API design, relational databases, and object-oriented design, and enjoys writing clean, maintainable, production-grade code.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot
- Implement data persistence layers using Hibernate/JPA with well-structured relational schemas
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following SOLID and OOP principles
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and backend scalability
- Integrate third-party APIs, services, and messaging systems as required
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting production issues
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and DevOps to deliver end-to-end features
- Follow best practices for version control, CI/CD, and secure coding
- 2+ years of professional experience in Java backend development




- Strong proficiency in Core Java (Java 8+), OOP concepts, collections, and multithreading
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security)
- Solid experience with Hibernate/JPA and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices concepts
- Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and standard build/deployment workflows
- Good problem-solving skills, robust grasp of data structures, algorithms, and system design fundamentals
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)
- Experience with microservices architecture and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of caching (Redis), NoSQL databases, and API gateways
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices
