We are seeking a highly experienced Prompt Engineer with Mortgage Servicing domain expertise to design, optimize, and govern AI-powered solutions supporting mortgage servicing operations. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of mortgage servicing processes with expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and business process automation.
The role will focus on developing effective prompts, AI workflows, copilots, and knowledge solutions that enhance customer service, loan servicing operations, compliance, document processing, and operational efficiency across the mortgage servicing lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Prompt Engineering & AI Solution Development
- Design, develop, test, and optimize prompts for AI and Generative AI applications.
- Create prompt libraries, reusable templates, and structured AI workflows.
- Fine-tune prompts to improve response accuracy, consistency,
and compliance.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) use cases leveraging mortgage servicing knowledge.
- Build and support AI copilots, virtual assistants, and knowledge management solutions.
- Evaluate AI outputs and continuously improve performance through prompt refinement.
Mortgage Servicing Domain Expertise
- Provide subject matter expertise across the mortgage servicing lifecycle, including:
- Loan Boarding
- Payment Processing
- Escrow Administration
- Customer Service
- Default Management
- Loss Mitigation
- Foreclosure
- Bankruptcy

- Investor Reporting
- Compliance Monitoring
- Interpret servicing business requirements and translate them into AI-enabled solutions.
- Validate AI-generated content against servicing policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support operational teams in identifying AI use cases and automation opportunities.
