We are now looking for an experienced and driven Key Account Manager - E-commerce to help accelerate this journey.

Role Overview:

The Key Account Manager - E-commerce will be responsible for end-to-end management of key online marketplace accounts including Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Tata Cliq, and more. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of marketplace operations, data analytics, and the nuances of platform-specific strategies.

This is a strategic role that requires hands-on experience with campaign management, marketplace SEO, and operations execution to drive growth and optimize brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage relationships with key marketplace partners such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Tata Cliq, etc.




- Drive growth and performance across platforms through effective account planning, pricing strategies, and promotions.
- Handle all aspects of marketplace operations including listings, order fulfillment coordination, inventory planning, and return management.
- Optimize product content, images, A+ content, and SEO to improve organic discoverability and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams for inventory alignment, new launches, and demand planning.
- Monitor and analyze account performance using marketplace analytics and take corrective actions proactively.
- Lead campaign planning and execution for sales events and brand visibility across platforms.
- Track competitor activity and platform trends to recommend actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and continuously look for optimization opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferr
