The Senior Marketing Operations Specialist executes and owns the operational backbone of Quisitive's marketing campaigns: building emails and multi-step journeys, managing segments and lists, maintaining CRM data hygiene, routing inbound leads, and standing up webinars. This role carries meaningfully more ownership than a standard execution role - this person builds and maintains the templates and frameworks the rest of the team works inside, and is expected to notice when routing or segmentation logic isn't working and propose a fix. This is an individual-contributor role: ownership is over process, quality, and standards - not over people or systems architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Email & Campaign Build
- Build, own, and continuously improve the standardized email templates and journey frameworks used across the team, not just apply them
- Build, test, QA, schedule, and deploy email campaigns, branching drip campaigns/journeys, and other email nurture streams in Dynamics 365 Marketing and ClickDimensions
- Define and maintain the QA standard for personalization, links, forms,



and landing pages prior to launch
- Monitor deliverability & outbound impact
- Run A/B tests on emails, analyze results, and translate findings into template or process updates
- Creates and shares email reporting and insights

Segmentation & Lead Routing
- Build and maintain audience segments and lists across CRM and ZoomInfo per current targeting criteria
- Monitor segmentation and routing performance, and proactively propose changes to segmentation logic and lead-routing rules when the data suggests they're underperforming
- Manage account and contact list imports, cleanup, and de-duplication
- Maintain subscription/opt-in status and list hygiene

Data Management
- Route inbound leads in real time; ensure proper tagging and routing to BDRs/sellers, flagging systemic routing issues rather than only fixing individual exceptions
