We’re looking for a
Creator Partnerships Manager

to become a key bridge between Frankly Wearing and its creator ecosystem, which would involve acquiring potential creators and helping existing creators succeed on the platform.

Role Overview

This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role focused on
creator growth, creator success, and revenue enablement

.

You’ll work closely with creators to help them launch, market, and scale their merchandise business on Frankly Wearing. This role is part creator partnerships, part growth strategy, and part account management.

You should enjoy working with creative people, solving problems, identifying opportunities,



and helping creators turn audiences and ideas into sustainable merch sales.

What You’ll Own

Creator Acquisition & Partnerships
- Identify, onboard, and nurture creators, artists, influencers, niche community leaders.
- Build scalable creator outreach systems and partnership playbooks.
- Develop referral, ambassador, and creator growth initiatives.

Creator Success & Revenue Growth
- Act as the primary point of contact for creators on the platform.
- Help creators optimize their merch strategy, product selection, pricing, positioning, and promotions.
- Guide creators on organic and paid methods to market their merchandise effectively.
- Analyze creator performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve sales.

Merch Strategy & Trend Spotting
- Help creators identify high-potential niches, trends, and product opportunities.
- Recommend merchandising ideas based on audience behavior and interests.
