Role Overview

Seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with robust expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process. The consultant will own business process design, functional solution alignment, and collaboration across SAP, Portal, Integration, and business teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions as part of large digital transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities
- Own business process design and functional alignment across SAP, Portal, Integration, and business stakeholders.
- Deliver assigned solution architecture components aligned with the CEP Ruby target architecture.
- Collaborate with SAP, AWS, Integration, Security, Testing, and Business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend standard SAP best practices wherever possible.
- Prepare functional specifications, solution documentation, process flows, and deployment artefacts.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT),



User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, hypercare, and post-go-live support.
- Analyze and resolve functional defects while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Support knowledge transfer, operational handover, and project documentation.

Mandatory Skills

- Experience with AI-assisted requirements generation.
- Knowledge of process mining techniques and business process optimization.
- Exposure to SAP Business AI capabilities and AI-enabled SAP solutions.
