- Support all aspects of the online consultation process, including front desk activities such as
scheduling appointments and answering patient queries
- Receive and perform patient calls (approximately 70 calls per day)
- Respond to emails
- Accurately book, reschedule, and cancel online consultation appointments
- File and maintain patient records, both digital and physical, accurately and confidentially
- Make review/follow-up calls to patients for booking appointments
- Provide live support to patients during the online consultation
- Assist patients with the payment process in accordance with organisation policy (cash,
credit card, and credit transactions)
- Coordinate with doctors on daily consultation lists and flag any scheduling conflicts to the
Senior Patient Coordinator
- Assist patients with basic technical troubleshooting for joining video consultations
- Maintain daily call/message logs and consultation status reports as required
- Should involve in multitasking roles and switch to other roles on need
