business. You'll own the growth engine of the business—driving revenue, leading high-performing sales teams, shaping strategy, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do:
- Own the revenue and growth of the Author Acquisition business.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team.
- ⁠Drive consultative sales of premium publishing and author services.
- ⁠Improve conversion rates,



average deal value, and overall sales productivity.
- Build a culture of accountability, performance, and customer-first thinking.
- ⁠Use data and insights to optimize the sales funnel, forecasting, and business performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless author experience.

What We're Looking For:
- ⁠5–8 years of experience in sales leadership with a track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience leading consultative sales teams in publishing, media, education, SaaS, creator economy, premium services, or similar industries.
- Proven ability to manage high-value sales cycles and build scalable sales processes.
- Solid commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
