About us:

Swades AI is a YC-founder-run venture studio building B2B SaaS products with AI leverage. We run lean and move fast. One operator with AI leverage does what a full team did in 2022. We're hiring an SEO specialist to grow organic traffic across our product websites.

The role:

You own SEO execution for our product websites. Not just audits and reports, but shipped work: new SEO pages live, rankings moving, blogs publishing on schedule. You inherit a defined roadmap and priority order; your job is to execute it fast and well, and spot opportunities we haven't.

What you'll do:
- On-page, off-page & technical SEO. GSC audits, striking-distance and CTR-rewrite analysis, internal-linking architecture, content refresh, site health and technical fixes.
- Content at scale. High-volume AI-assisted blog production, programmatic page batches, and new SEO landing pages that get shipped and indexed, not left sitting in drafts.
- Backlinks & guest posts. Run outreach for quality backlinks and guest post placements, and keep a healthy, growing link profile.
- Reputation & social.



Manage our review-platform presence (G2, Trustpilot, and similar) and keep our social accounts active and consistent.
- LLM visibility. Optimize for how AI assistants cite us: llms.txt and citation share in ChatGPT/Claude/Perplexity. This is the recent layer of search.
- Automation. Automate repeatable SEO work (blog pipelines, publishing workflows, monitoring) so output scales without headcount.

How we work:

We move at founder pace and expect ownership. You implement SEO; you don't wait for instructions. You'll get the roadmap, the tools, and the priority order; from there you drive. Everything is tracked, with a short daily check-in and a weekly review of what shipped.

What we're looking for:
- At least 1 year of hands-on SEO experience covering on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, with results you can show.
- Experience building backlinks and landing guest posts.
- Comfortable managing soc
