Primary Role Objective:

To strengthen market visibility, support sales through effective trade marketing

initiatives, and ensure timely execution of all branding and promotional activities

across markets.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

1. Trade Marketing Planning & Execution

• Planning and executing monthly and quarterly trade marketing activities in

coordination with the sales team.

• Developing market-specific visibility plans based on brand priorities and sales

objectives.

• Executing outlet-level promotions, consumer offers, and trade engagement

activities.

• Ensuring the timely rollout of all promotional campaigns across key markets.

• Coordinating implementation of branding activities for wine shops, bars,

restaurants, cafés, clubs, and retail outlets.

• Supporting launch activities for current products and market expansions.

• Utilizing AI tools wherever possible for activity planning, presentation preparation,

reporting, market analysis, and improving operational efficiency.

2. Market Visibility & Outlet Branding





• Ensuring strong visibility of company brands across retail and on-premise outlets.

• Monitoring installation and maintenance of glow signs, posters, table tops,

danglers, menu branding, standees, neon signs, and other POSM materials.

• Conducting regular outlet visits to monitor execution quality and branding

standards.

• Identifying high-potential outlets for premium visibility opportunities.

• Coordinating seasonal branding campaigns and festive promotional activities.

• Ensuring brand guidelines are properly followed during execution.

• Leveraging AI-assisted tools for creative visualization, branding mockups, outlet

planning, and execution tracking wherever applicable.

3. Sales Coordination & Market Support

• Working closely with RSMs, ASMs, and distributor teams for market execution.

• Providing trade marketing support to improve outlet engagement and brand

presence.
