Job Title: Sr. Executive Brand Activation & Experiential Marketing

About the Role:

Kinetic Green is seeking a dynamic and execution-oriented professional to drive on-ground brand activation and experiential marketing initiatives across India. The incumbent will be responsible for executing BTL campaigns, dealer activations, roadshows, auto expos, and retail marketing programs to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute brand activation and experiential marketing campaigns across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 markets.
- Execute dealer activations, roadshows, mall activations, auto expos, and retail marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders for seamless campaign execution.
- Manage POSM deployment, showroom branding, and dealership visibility activities.
- Support regional sales teams through localized marketing initiatives.




- Track campaign performance, footfalls, lead generation, and engagement metrics.
- Ensure timely execution, budgeting, quality control, and reporting of activation programs.
- Manage event logistics, vendor payments, and operational requirements.
- Build strong relationships with dealers and external partners.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- 2-5 years of experience in Brand Activation, BTL Marketing, Retail Marketing, or Experiential Marketing.
- Experience in Automotive, EV, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Telecom, or Retail industries.
- Solid understanding of dealer marketing and retail activation ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience in managing agencies, vendors, and on-ground teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
