Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Process Manager to lead operational teams, ensure smooth service delivery, and manage day-to-day client processes. The ideal candidate will have experience handling international clients, driving process efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and leading teams in a rapid-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process & Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple processes and client accounts.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and turnaround times.
- Monitor productivity, team performance, and operational metrics.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
- Ensure smooth workflow management and timely issue resolution.
Client Management
- Coordinate with international clients on operational requirements and delivery updates.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure consistent service delivery.
- Address client concerns and support operational escalations.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members.
- Manage resource allocation and workload planning.
- Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Reporting & Performance
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and operational updates.
- Track KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
- Support forecasting, capacity planning, and process reviews.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
