Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Associate / Senior Associate Quality (BGV) at our New Delhi location. The Associate /Senior Associate Quality will oversee quality control and assurance processes, conduct quality audits, and ensure compliance with quality management standards.



The role involves analyzing reports and data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing measures to enhance the performance and reliability of background verification services. Strong collaboration with internal teams and adherence to industry-best practices is expected to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality checks of BGV reports including Employment, Education, Address, Criminal, Reference Verification and other checks
- Verify accuracy, completeness and supporting documents in verification reports.
- Identify discrepancies, errors and process gaps.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific SOPs and quality standards.
- Monitor assigned cases and coordinate with internal teams for timely closure.
- Track case TAT, pending cases and escalations.
- Maintain QC error logs and share feedback with the concerned teams.
