Job Summary:
NR Realty is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive / Manager with a strong background in real estate accounting and RERA compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project accounting, RERA submissions, financial reporting, and ensuring statutory compliance as per real estate industry norms. This is a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and regulatory standing of the company's residential and commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate books of accounts for multiple real estate projects in compliance with RERA and company financial standards.
Ensure timely filing of RERA quarterly updates, project-wise financial disclosures, and maintain proper records as per RERA Act guidelines.
Prepare and manage project-wise cost tracking, cash flows, budgeting, and reconciliation.
Monitor project receivables, customer payments, and invoicing schedules as per RERA-approved payment plans.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and RERA authorities for periodic audits and certifications.




Manage TDS, GST, income tax filings, and other statutory requirements relevant to the real estate sector.
Assist in fund flow planning, MIS reporting, and preparing financial statements for stakeholders and senior management.
Liaise with banks for project loans, disbursals, and compliance with sanctioned loan terms.
Coordinate with legal and CRM teams to ensure accuracy in agreement values, revenue recognition, and collections.
Develop SOPs for accounting practices aligned with real estate industry and RERA guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field. CA Inter / M.Com preferred.
Minimum 4 - 5 years of real estate accounting experience, with hands-on RERA compliance work.
Robust knowledge of RERA accounting principles, project cost management, and customer account handling.
