Role Overview
We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the development of our Building Management System (BMS) platform. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with senior product managers, engineering, design, and business teams to help take features from idea to delivery. Youll contribute across the product lifecycle: understanding customer needs, shaping requirements, writing clear documentation,



and keeping delivery on track.
The ideal candidate has around 2 to 4 years of experience in product management or a closely related role, ideally in a B2B or enterprise software setting. Youll thrive here if you are curious about how customers work, organized in how you execute, and eager to grow your product career in a high-growth startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Understand customers and their workflows: engage with customers, sales, and customer success to learn how our users work, the problems they face, and what they value, then bring those insights back into the product.
Shape requirements and documentation: translate business and customer needs into explicit PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering and design can build against.
¢ Support product discovery and prioritization: help evaluate ideas and feature requests, contribute to prioritization decisions
