The HR OJT assists the Human Resources Department in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, training coordination, and maintaining employee records. This role provides practical exposure to various HR functions while supporting the department in achieving organizational goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidate profiles.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and department heads.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Prepare joining documents and employee files.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
