Job Responsibilities

Supervise the daily operations of hospital wards and ensure discipline.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper housekeeping in all wards.

Ensure patient rooms, beds, washrooms, and common areas are clean and well maintained.

Monitor housekeeping, ward attendants, and support staff performance.

Ensure patients and attendants follow hospital rules and regulations.

Coordinate with Nursing, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, and Administration departments.

Report maintenance issues (electrical, plumbing, AC, furniture, etc.) and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain ward occupancy records and daily checklists.

Ensure adequate availability of ward supplies and report shortages.





Handle patient and attendant complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.

Ensure fire safety, emergency exits, and safety equipment are in proper condition.

Conduct regular ward inspections and submit daily reports to hospital management.

Monitor staff attendance, duty allocation, and shift handovers.

Ensure unauthorized persons do not enter restricted hospital areas.

Perform any additional duties assigned by Hospital Management from time to time.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
