Roles and Responsibilities:
- Communicate daily with project managers and operations teams across multiple office locations to gather billing information and resolve queries.
- Prepare and submit invoices for multiple clients on a monthly basis, adhering strictly to contract terms and company policies in a rapid-paced environment.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet varying deadlines.
- Provide exceptional support to project managers by reviewing and verifying cost calculations and billing data.
- Develop and maintain rate schedules in line with contractual agreements.
- Prepare credit memorandums and facilitate transfers between projects as required.
- Analyze project financial data to identify variances between accrued revenue and invoiced amounts; escalate significant discrepancies to supervisors.
- Serve as a resource for colleagues by assisting in the resolution of billing-related problems and issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the billing and accounting functions.





Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; an associate degree with 3-5 years of relevant billing experience or 7+ years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in billing, preferably within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (
AEC
) industry.
- Strong understanding of billing systems and accounting principles.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Tools and Technologies:
- Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
, with intermediate to advanced skills in
Excel
for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience using
Billing Systems
relevant to the industry for invoice preparation and management.
