About the Role

We’re looking for a sales and customer service professional who lives at the intersection of fine jewelry and technology. You’ll drive revenue by nurturing leads and re-engaging existing clients, while supporting customers and trade partners across our e-commerce and B2B marketplace platforms — helping them navigate diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry with confidence, using modern tools to keep every interaction fast, accurate, and on-brand.

What You’ll Do

*Sales*
- Meticulously follow up on sales opportunities and leads through to close, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Proactively reach out to existing clients to re-engage them, uncover repeat business, and deepen relationships.
- Track pipeline and follow-up cadences in our CRM, keeping stages and next steps current.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client purchase history and preferences.

*Customer Service*
- Respond to customer and trade inquiries via chat, email, and phone with speed and polish.
- Advise buyers on diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry specifications (4Cs,



certifications, settings, metals).
- Manage orders, returns, and memos within Shopify and related platforms.
- Troubleshoot account, checkout, and order issues, escalating technical bugs when needed.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM/ticketing systems (e.g., Intercom, Linear).
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to close the loop on customer feedback.

What You Bring
- Solid working knowledge of diamonds and fine jewellery (grading basics, terminology, trade practices).
- A proactive, self-starting approach to sales follow-up — comfortable owning a pipeline and driving it forward without being asked.
- Hands-on comfort with Shopify (order management, basic admin navigation).
- General tech fluency — comfortable learning new software, CRMs, and support tools quickly.
- Fluent English with excellent written grammar and a professional, warm tone.
