Job Summary

Lucknow Builders is looking for a agile, result-oriented, and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management. Candidates with experience in the real estate, construction, infrastructure, or property sector will be preferred.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, managing the sales pipeline, leading customer acquisition initiatives, coordinating with internal departments, and driving revenue growth. The candidate will also be responsible for handling key clients,



supervising business development activities, and ensuring the achievement of organizational sales objectives through both office-based and field operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Strategy
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital platforms, market research, and field visits.
- Expand the company's client base by generating qualified leads for residential and commercial construction projects.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Lead Generation & Sales
- Generate, qualify, and manage high-quality leads.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their construction and property requirements.
- Present company services, residential and commercial projects, pricing, payment plans, and project timelines.
