We’re looking for a
Founding AVP – Sales
to own and scale our B2B sales engine for payroll outsourcing and labour compliance solutions.

Role Overview

As the Founding AVP – Sales, you will sell
payroll outsourcing and statutory compliance services
to
CHROs, CFOs and senior HR/Finance leaders
. This is a strategic, builder role for someone who wants to shape GTM and grow into a senior sales leadership position.

What You’ll Do
- Drive current business
- Identify, prospect and close mid‑market and enterprise clients for payroll outsourcing and labour compliance.
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, solutioning, proposals, negotiations and closures.




- Consultative solution selling
- Engage CHROs, CFOs, HR and Finance Heads to understand current payroll/compliance challenges.
- Design tailored solutions covering payroll processing, PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, contractors, and compliance under New Labour Codes.
- Stakeholder & relationship management
- Build strong relationships with senior HR and Finance stakeholders and buying committees.
- Work closely with operations and compliance teams to ensure smooth implementation and high client satisfaction.
- Build GTM and sales playbook
- Contribute to sales strategy, GTM plans, and pricing narratives for the payroll outsourcing business.
- Track the competitive landscape (staffing, payroll, compliance) and share market insights with leadership.
- Own targets and reporting
- Deliver on revenue and margin targets; manage pipeline, forecasting and reporting in CRM.
