Role & responsibilities
- Lead & Innovate: Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimisation of high-volume email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Customer Journey Architect: Design and manage sophisticated customer journeys, automation workflows, and lifecycle communications that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
- Personalisation Champion: Develop advanced audience segmentation and energetic content strategies for highly targeted, personalized campaigns.
- Collaborate Globally: Work closely with UK and India-based marketing, creative, CRM, and analytics teams to deliver engaging, on-brand communications.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker:



Monitor and analyse campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, deliverability, etc.), conduct A/B testing, and leverage insights to continuously improve results.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all campaigns are mobile-optimised, compliant with global email marketing regulations, and uphold best-in-class standards for deliverability and database hygiene.
- Reporting & Insights: Build dashboards and performance reports to identify trends and actionable insights for ongoing optimisation.

What Were Looking For
- 10 - 15 years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing, ideally in ecommerce.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Audience Builder, segmentation).
- Strong track record managing high-volume, data-driven campaigns and customer lifecycle strategies.
- Experience with AMPscript, dynamic content personalization, and CR
