Your work profile
- We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Developer with 3 9 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and contemporary machine learning technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building autonomous AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI integrations.
- You will work closely with product managers, data engineers, and software development teams to architect scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions that solve complex business problems through intelligent automation.

Key skills required:
- Design, develop,



and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
- Build and implement Agentic AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrating enterprise knowledge bases and vector databases.
- Create intelligent AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, tool usage, and multi-step task execution.
- Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, document repositories, and third-party services.
- Design prompt engineering strategies to optimize model accuracy, reliability, and response quality.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLM performance for business-specific use cases.
- Implement semantic search, document indexing, embedding generation, and knowledge retrieval systems.
- Build RESTful APIs and backend services for AI applications.
