Role & responsibilities
- Research and identify potential international buyers, importers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers for ceramic tiles and sanitary ware products.
- Use online platforms, B2B portals, trade directories, LinkedIn, company websites, and social media to generate qualified leads.
- Collect and maintain an updated database of buyer names, email addresses, WhatsApp numbers, company profiles, and market details.
- Send professional inquiry emails, product catalogs, quotations, and company profiles to prospective buyers.
- Follow up regularly with buyers through email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and phone calls to build business relationships.
- Understand buyer requirements and coordinate with the internal team to provide suitable product offerings, pricing, and samples.
- Negotiate commercial terms, including pricing, payment terms, packaging, and delivery schedules.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed export orders and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads, inquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and order status in Excel or CRM software.




- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to identify current business opportunities.
- Represent WORLDVIEW IMPEX LLP professionally in all communications with international buyers.
- Coordinate with the export documentation and logistics team to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 13 years of experience in international sales, export marketing, lead generation, or online buyer search. Experience in ceramic tiles or sanitary ware exports is preferred.
- Buyer sourcing skills: Proven ability to find genuine international buyers through B2B portals, LinkedIn, trade directories, company websites, and online research.
