Roles and Responsibilities
- Fluent in French Language both oral and written.
- Should be comfortable working long hours to meet deadlines / support ADHOC business requirements if any.
- Strong Customer Service Skills.
- Should have good analytical skills and can make decisions based on the situation.
- Good knowledge in MS office skills- MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint Presentations.
- Willingness to work in business aligned shifts.
- Open to accept changes in work methods or systems to improve performance beyond agreed standards.
- Must Have
- Masters or Bachelors degree in commerce, business administration or business management is preferred based on businesses aligned.
- Minimum of 10+ years of full time work exp.
- Minimum B2 level or equivalent.
