What you do
- Lead the technical design and delivery of backend applications and integrations.
- Guide a development team through design, coding, reviews, testing and deployments.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, security and performance.
- Work with project managers,



architects and customer teams to resolve technical issues and deliver on commitments.
- Mentor developers and contribute directly to critical technical components.

What we are looking for
- 8 to 15+ years of overall experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Lead or in a senior technical leadership role.
- Strong experience designing and delivering Spring Boot and/or Python-based applications.
- Experience leading development teams and managing technical delivery.
- Valuable understanding of APIs, microservices, integrations, databases, security and deployment practices.

Good to have
- Experience in banking, financial services or fintech projects.
- Direct exposure to customers, solution discussions or technical workshops.
- Exposure to cloud platforms, DevOps, containerization or AI-enabled applications.
