- Manage process design, development, and implementation for wiring harness and cable harness manufacturing processes.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including P&IDs;, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO) and company policies related to quality control.
- Provide technical guidance on methods engineering principles to junior team members.
