Your work profile
- Administer and configure SAP Solution Manager functionalities.
- Monitor and maintain the health of SAP systems using Solution Manager.
- Implement and manage Change Control Management (ChaRM).
- Conduct system diagnostics and performance tuning.
- Integrate SAP Solution Manager with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Solution Manager issues.
- Create and maintain documentation for configuration and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and business units to align SAP Solution Manager capabilities with business needs.

Key skills required
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with SAP Solution Manager.
- Robust understanding of SAP architecture and modules.
- Experience in configuring and managing Solution Manager s key capabilities.
- Proven track record in SAP system monitoring and diagnostics.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and documentation skills.
