The SAP OCM Senior Consultant will lead key change management and training activities for the ECC to S/4HANA upgrade, driving business readiness, user adoption, and effective transition to S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis for S/4HANA processes
Design and deliver training strategy, materials, and end-user enablement sessions
Execute communication plans and support adoption tracking
Support UAT, cutover readiness, and post-go-live adoption activities
Act as a liaison between business users and project teams
Preferred candidate profile
610 years of OCM and training experience in SAP programs
Robust exposure to ECC to S/4HANA upgrades or ERP transformations
Proven experience designing and delivering SAP training programs
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
