About the Role

Bagpiper Transport Inc. is looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. This is a remote position based in India, supporting our operations in Canada. The successful candidate must be available to work during Canadian business hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with customers, drivers, and dispatch to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Provide shipment updates and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Deliver excellent customer service while supporting daily operational needs.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional phone and email etiquette.




- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
- Availability to work Canadian business hours.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ACI/ACE customs documentation and border procedures.
- Previous experience in the Canadian trucking, transportation, or logistics industry is a strong asset.
