Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President – Sales to lead the organization's revenue growth across sponsorships, exhibitions, delegate registrations, awards, partnerships, and strategic business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B sales, sponsorship sales, conference and event monetization, and team leadership. This role requires a visionary leader who can build high-performing sales teams, establish long-term client relationships, and drive sustainable business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with organizational revenue goals.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and revenue streams.




- Drive business expansion through strategic planning and market penetration.

Sponsorship & Partnership Sales
- Lead sponsorship sales for healthcare conferences, summits, awards, and industry initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, healthcare organizations, medical device companies, insurance firms, technology providers, and government bodies.
- Negotiate high-value sponsorship and partnership agreements.

Conference & Event Revenue
- Drive revenue generation through sponsorships, exhibition sales, delegate registrations, and award nominations.
- Work closely with the Conference Production and Marketing teams to maximize event profitability.
- Develop innovative sales packages and commercial opportunities.

Key Account Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners.
