Role Description
The Head of HR at VBL will lead the overall human resources strategy and operations for the organization. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mathura and involves overseeing HR policies, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development. The Head of HR will manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, and partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding HR teams, supervising payroll and benefits administration,



resolving complex HR issues, and implementing programs that enhance engagement and retention. The role requires a proactive approach to building a positive, inclusive workplace culture and supporting managers with coaching and HR best practices.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including strategic planning and HR operations oversight.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and HR Policies to ensure compliance and effective governance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
