Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Influencer Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will help expand GrowthSchool’s reach by building and managing relationships with creators and influencers across the education, career, and technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Partnership Development
- Research and identify influencers aligned with GrowthSchool’s brand and mission.
- Reach out to potential collaborators and support partnership negotiations.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with influencers to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives.
Content Collaboration
- Work closely with the creative team to develop influencer content briefs.
- Ensure all influencer content is engaging, on-brand, and conversion-focused.
Performance Analysis
- Track campaign performance using engagement, conversion, and ROI metrics.
- Prepare reports and share insights to improve future campaigns.
Relationship Management




- Build and maintain robust relationships with influencers and creators.
- Manage day-to-day communications and resolve campaign-related issues.
Learning & Development
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance marketing skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
