Position Overview
The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) will be the first point of contact for our guests. She will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, handling guest feedback, coordinating special occasions, and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience
- Welcome and greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure comfortable seating.
- Build positive relationships with guests and provide personalized service.
- Make guests feel valued throughout their dining experience.
Reservations & Table Management
- Manage reservations through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and online reservation platforms.
- Coordinate with restaurant managers regarding table availability.
- Maintain an productive waiting list during peak hours.
- Optimize table allocation to minimize guest waiting time.
Customer Service
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and special requirements.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Escalate concerns to management whenever necessary.
