Role & responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Prepare and present project proposals, including design concepts and budgets, to stakeholders.
- Oversee the design development process, ensuring designs meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to stay on schedule.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Evaluate architectural submissions, ensuring alignment with project goals and brand identity.

Preferred candidate profile




- Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in project management within the luxury goods or jewelry sector.
- Solid understanding of architectural design principles and luxury retail environments.
- Proficiency in project management software and architectural design tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing diverse teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
