Role Summary: Flutter/App Developer (CMMS Application)(Make sure to supply answers to all questions otherwise application will auto reject)
We're looking for a Flutter/Application Developer to join our team and take ownership of an existing mobile application built for our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software - Flowvid. The candidate will maintain, enhance and scale the current app while working closely with the product team to design and implement current features.
Core Responsibilities
- Understand, maintain and debug an existing Flutter application (Flowvid CMMS app)
- Design and build new features based on product requirements - work orders, asset tracking, maintenance scheduling, notifications, offline sync, etc. (typical CMMS functionality)
- Integrate the app with backend APIs and ensure smooth data flow between mobile and server
- Optimize app performance, fix bugs and improve UI/UX based on user feedback
- Collaborate with backend/integration engineers to ensure the app aligns with overall system architecture
Required Skills
- 2–4+ years of hands-on Flutter/Dart development experience
- Proven experience maintaining and scaling an existing production app (not just greenfield projects)
- Strong understanding of state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc or similar)
- Experience integrating REST APIs and handling real-time data
- Familiarity with offline-first architecture (important for field-based CMMS use cases - technicians often work with poor connectivity)
- Experience with push notifications, local storage (SQLite/Hive) and background sync
- Comfortable working with Play Store/App Store deployment processes
Preferred/Nice-to-Have
- Experience with React / React Native - useful if we expand into web dashboards or cross-platform work
- Familiarity with CMMS, field service or asset management softwar
